How to start a stress free week: Get prepared.

Happy new month! And happy new week!

Monday is almost here and I’m pretty sure we’re all ready to start our week in grand style but have you thought of how to make it a stress free week??

Well, here are a few tips to help you achieve that.


First of all:
Focus on one single task: you don’t have to prove to anyone that you can do it all at once. Take it one step at a time, it will not only get them done properly but it will help you be more precised.

Decide to be productive:
Have a plan for the week, don’t go in blind. Having a list of the things you intend to achieve this week will only help get you a step closer to your goals.

Get them done:
Get those task out of your way! Try not to postpone any of it. Procrastination doesn’t help.

Start early:
The earlier the better. The sooner you get to it, the more you get done.

Put up a ‘do not disturb’ sign if you have to:
You can easily distract yourself as it is, adding the people around you won’t help you if you intend to get things done. We all have that one colleague who is chatty, that sign would really help put them away while you work.

Take a break:
Nobody can go all day without taking a breather. Stretch your legs, drink water.
It helps.

Be as efficient as possible and face your task head on. Improve your approach and technique for higher productivity as constant as possible.
And at the end of the week, review your performance.
